Save files now display the player's current level for the party characters, amount of regular coins and Frog Coins in their possession, Flower Points, play time, the date, and time of the file saved.The game now features post-game content, including the ability to rematch bosses.Additionally, bosses have short scenes before battles begin.
Many of the cutscenes are now pre-rendered videos instead of in-game scenes and have been given more dynamic camera angles.
